Being an introvert comes with its own set of challenges. Being an introvert is also awesome. I'm proud of it, and so should be every other introvert.
As I just started printing classes at the local accademy, I thought it to be a nice subject to test the old letterpress there. Instead of cutting out the design with a traditional cutting tool, I wanted to try something different. Why not use a laser cutter to create the wood cuts?
I created the design in Illustrator and prepared it for laser cutting. (Remembering my stupid mistake with cutting the βIk kan hetβ mirror, I did not forget to mirror the image. π )
I glued the cutouts together to create two printing blocks, one for each colour that I wanted to use.
Then: to the printing press!
The colours didn't quite come out the way I had hoped. π€·ββοΈ
